The State of Vermont requires real estate licensees to make a disclosure to all real estate consumers with regards to Agency relationships and confidentiality.  Please be aware that unless and until you enter into a Service Agreement with a real estate firm you are unrepresented and no duty of confidentiality exists.  Our office represents Purchasers and Sellers, but never both in the same transaction.   We can assist you in the purchase of any property within the State of Vermont whether listed by our office or another real estate office.  We will provide you with the Vermont Required Consumer Information Disclosure when we meet.
