Buying or selling a home is typically the single largest financial transaction most people will every make.  That's why building strong relationships and trust is at the core of everything I do.   I treat people the way I want to be treated.   I listen, get to know you and understand what you need and want, and then help you achieve your goals.  No pushy sales tactics, I'm in it for the long haul whether you are ready to buy or sell today, or a year or two down the road.   I'll offer sound, knowledgeable advise and prompt, concise communications throughout every step of the process.  

My husband, Rex and I live in Orwell, Vermont on a beautiful 170 acre piece of God's country.   I am very partial to this area.  Not only did I grow up here, I raised my own family here, and most of my immediate family still live nearby.  This is quintessential Vermont, where community and family come first.   

People often ask me what Adirmont means or how I came up with that name.  Well, our property overlooks Lake Champlain and the  Adirondack Mountains while being nestled in the hills of Vermont's beautiful Green Mountains, so the name reflects the two...Adirmont.  In keeping with the company name, I am licensed in both Vermont and  New York.

Stephanie is  a member of the  National Association of Realtors®, the Vermont Association of Realtors®, and the Addison County Board of Realtors® and the Southern Adirondack Realtors, Inc.®  Stephanie holds the SRS® (Seller's Representative Specialist) designation as well as certification as an RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).  She is a Past President  (2019  &  2020)  of the Vermont Association of Realtors® and past Realtor® of the Year for Addison Co.  Stephanie is the current Assistant Zoning Administrator for the Town of Orwell, serves on the Board of Civil Authority, is a Vermont Justice of the Peace and Vermont Notary.
